TLC Mood Tracker is a wellbeing and self-reflection app that allows users to log mood-related information, create diary entries, and view analytics.

TLC Mood Tracker does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek qualified medical guidance for health concerns.
3. Accounts and Security
- Users may sign in using supported identity providers (Apple or Google).
- You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the content you submit in the app.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Premium features are offered via auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Payment, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store.
- Subscription management is available in your Apple account subscription settings.
- Prices may vary by region, currency, and taxes determined by the App Store.
Where required, Apple’s standard licensed application end user terms also apply: Apple Standard EULA.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to backend services or other users’ data.
- Interfere with app security, availability, or integrity.
6. Data and Backup Responsibility
The app includes export/import and sync features, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups where needed.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict access for abuse, security risks, or terms violations. You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
9. Governing Law
Unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
